Slow or patchy Wi-Fi is the most common call we get. After the NBN speed upgrades, an older router can cap a whole home at around 100 Mbps, so many households pay for speed they never see. We test every room, find the dead spots, fix the settings and, only if it is needed, set up a mesh system at a written price.

Why is my Wi-Fi slow after the NBN speed upgrade?
Often the router. Many older routers cannot pass on the faster speeds, and thick walls or a modem in the wrong spot create dead zones. We test it room by room and fix the cause.
Do I need to buy a mesh system?
Not always. Moving the modem or changing settings fixes many homes. If mesh is the fix, we tell you the price in writing before you buy anything.
