How fast do you respond?
Business Care clients get same-business-day remote response. Plus and AI plans get same-day response and priority on-site visits.
Do you install cabling or cameras?
No. In-wall cabling needs ACMA registration and security systems need a security licence in South Australia, so we refer those to licensed partners.
Do you help health and care providers with privacy?
Yes. Small businesses that provide a health service are covered by the Privacy Act whatever their size. We set up secure email, device locks, backups and staff onboarding and offboarding to protect client records.
