About us
What does Sysworth IT do?
Sysworth IT is an Adelaide technology company based in Magill. We offer fixed-price home tech help (Wi-Fi, computers, phones, printers, TVs and scam clean-ups), managed IT for small business, AI automation and virtual receptionists, in-person AI courses, and monthly care plans for PCs and laptops.
How much does IT support cost in Adelaide?
At Sysworth IT a Home Tech Visit is $129 for up to 60 minutes, common jobs are fixed at $99 to $199, remote help is $59 per 30 minutes, and managed IT for business starts at $39 per user per month. Prices include GST.
Do you charge for travel?
Travel is included within about 12 km of Magill, which covers most of the eastern suburbs. It is $20 up to 25 km and $40 up to 40 km. The booking form shows your exact travel fee before you confirm.
Which suburbs do you cover?
Our home base is Magill. Travel is free to Rostrevor, Campbelltown, Paradise, Athelstone, Newton, Tranmere, Hectorville, Kensington Gardens, Burnside, Norwood, St Peters, Payneham, Felixstow, Glynde, Highbury, Hope Valley, Dernancourt, Beaumont and nearby suburbs. We also cover greater Adelaide and the Adelaide Hills for a flat zone fee.
What if you can't fix it?
No fix, no fee on the visit itself. Parts and equipment are always paid for, at a price agreed in writing first.
Do you work on Macs?
Yes. We work on Windows PCs, Macs, iPhones, Android phones, iPads and tablets, printers, smart TVs, Wi-Fi and NBN equipment.
Will you try to sell me things I don’t need?
No. Equipment is only suggested when it is the fix, at a written price, and you decide. We never buy anything on your behalf.
Can AI really help a small business?
Yes, mostly by removing repetitive admin: answering enquiries, booking jobs, drafting quotes and syncing invoices. Our $490 AI Readiness Audit tells you exactly where it will pay off before you spend more.
Do you install security cameras or alarms?
No. In South Australia that work, and even advice on it, requires a security agent's licence, so we refer it to licensed specialists.
Bookings & payment
What hours do you work?
Monday to Saturday, 8:00 am to 1:30 pm. Visits start at 8:00, 9:45 or 11:30 am. Remote help and enquiries are answered in the same hours.
How do I book?
Book online at sysworthit.com.au/book in about two minutes, or call 0421 530 032. You see the fixed price and your travel fee before you confirm, and get an email confirmation straight away.
How do I pay?
Home jobs are paid by card or tap on completion. Business packs take a 50% deposit online at booking, with the balance on handover. Monthly plans are paid by direct debit.
Do you offer a Seniors Card discount?
Yes. Seniors Card holders get 10% off home visits and tech lessons. Tick the box when you book and show your card on the day.
Are you police-checked and insured?
Yes. We hold a National Police Certificate and public liability plus professional indemnity insurance.
Will you ever call me to say my computer has a problem?
Never. We never call you first and we never ask for remote access unless you contacted us. If someone calls claiming to be from Sysworth IT, Microsoft, Telstra or the NBN and asks for access, hang up.
Do you log into my bank or handle money?
No. We never log into banking, never move money and never buy anything on your behalf.
Can I book a visit for my elderly parent?
Yes. Book in their name and address, and add your mobile under Family Update. With their permission we text you a short summary after the visit.
Can I cancel or move a booking?
Yes, free of charge with at least 24 hours’ notice. Reply to your confirmation email or call 0421 530 032.
What happens if a job runs over time?
We tell you before the next 15 minutes start, and you decide. Extra time on a Home Tech Visit is $30 per 15 minutes.

Do you offer computer lessons for seniors in Adelaide?
Yes. One-on-one lessons at home are $99 an hour or three for $269, and Seniors Card holders get 10% off.
How much does AI consulting cost for a small business in Adelaide?
Our AI Readiness Audit is a fixed $490 including GST: a two-hour on-site session and a written roadmap of the five automations worth doing first.
What does an AI receptionist cost in Australia?
Ours is $1,490 to set up and $149 a month including GST, covering the phone number, AI usage, monitoring and monthly tuning.
How much does a custom AI tool cost?
Every project gets a fixed quote after a short discovery call. Most small tools land between $1,500 and $6,000.
How much does managed IT cost for a small business in Adelaide?
Business Care is $39 per user per month, Business Care Plus $59 and Business Care + AI $79, with a $99 monthly minimum. Prices include GST and there is no lock-in.
