Should I upgrade from Windows 10?
Windows 10 is out of mainstream support, so a computer that cannot run Windows 11 should be replaced or enrolled in Microsoft’s extended security updates. We can check yours as part of a Tune-up & Safety Check.
Will I lose my photos and email?
No. We copy everything across and check it with you before we leave. The old computer is not wiped until you are happy.
