Privacy policy

Sysworth IT respects your privacy and handles personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

When you book, request a quote, buy a voucher or contact us, we collect your name, phone, email, address (for on-site visits), business name and the details you tell us about your job. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

To schedule and carry out your job, send confirmations, quotes and vouchers, contact you about your booking, and keep business records. With your permission we send a Family Update to the number you nominate. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Your devices and data

We only access your devices with your permission and only for the job you asked for. We do not keep your passwords. Care plan monitoring checks device health only; we never read your files, and backups are encrypted.

Service providers

We use trusted providers to run the website and bookings: Netlify (hosting and booking records), Google (calendar and address lookup), Resend (email) and Stripe (payments). Some may store data outside Australia under their own privacy commitments.

Ask to see or correct your information, or raise a concern, by emailing help@sysworthit.com.au or calling 0421 530 032. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
