Sysworth IT is an Adelaide technology company for homes and small businesses, based in Magill in the eastern suburbs. We fix what's broken, look after devices month to month, and build AI automations that save real hours.

I'm Pasan. My whole career has been hands-on tech: computer repairs, smart home setups and more than ten years of software development. That mix means I can fix the laptop on your kitchen table, get your Wi-Fi, smart speakers and TV working together, and build the automations a small business needs. I explain things clearly, never rush anyone, and I'm the one who turns up every time.

Because we build software as well as support it, automations, assistants and websites are made in-house, not outsourced. And because the same person turns up every time, you never have to explain your setup twice.

How we work

• You know the price before we start. Every common job has a fixed price on this website. Anything else is quoted in writing first.
• We never call you first. And we never ask for remote access unless you contacted us. Scammers do the opposite.
• No fix, no fee. On the visit itself. Every visit ends with a one-page Tech Notes sheet: what we did, and how to do it yourself next time.

We never log into your banking, never move money and never buy anything on your behalf. Equipment is only suggested when it is the fix, at a written price.

What we don't do

We don't install or advise on security cameras, video doorbells or alarms (South Australia requires a security agent's licence), in-wall cabling (needs ACMA registration) or hard-wired electrical work. We refer those to licensed specialists.
