About this service
For quick fixes that do not need a visit. You call us, we connect to your screen with your permission using a business-licensed remote tool, fix it while you watch, and disconnect. We never connect unless you called us first.
You know the price before we start. We never call you first. No fix, no fee. We never log into your banking, never move money and never buy anything on your behalf. Equipment is only suggested when it is the fix, at a written price.

Yes, when you started the call. We use a business-licensed tool, you watch everything, and the session ends when we disconnect. We never call you first asking for access; scammers do.
